“I’m an accountant so I don’t think I’m supposed to be interesting. But interesting things always seem to be happening to me. I just finished putting on my older daughter’s wedding which was about all the excitement and anxiety any sane person should ever have to deal with.  

Working for California Equity & Loan also has moments that test my sanity. The mortgage business is all about numbers - at least to me – and the precision required is painstaking. Maybe that’s why I like it so much? Accounting came to me from my natural tendency to organize. That theme plays out in my work, my home, and especially my garden – my own personal sanctuary.
